Construction of residential properties
This residential project was for Wiltshire Council, and was constructed on an old Wiltshire Council depot. We constructed two, two bedroom houses, and two one bedroom flats. Each property had their own private gardens and they were constructed with a structural timber frame and masonry cladding, including brickwork and rendered blockwork elevations, all heating is provided using air source heat pumps.

Passivhaus project for Bristol City Council
This award-winning project comprised
20 units over 3 separate former garage
sites in Henbury - Chakeshill Drive (three buildings), Peverell Drive (three buildings) and Satchfield Crescent (two buildings) to provide 16no. flats and 4no. bungalows.
Members of the project team received specialist training in Passivhaus techniques.

This is another project undertaken for Bristol City Council to create quality homes for local people. people. This project began with the demolition of a set of garages and then two semi-detached properties where built, both properties had four bedrooms, and room was developed for four parking spaces per property.
